This week's challenge at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stamper's is to do a snarky Christmas project. This card totally speaks to my mood this year in my fall behind and never catch up Grinch feeling Christmas attempt. I have nothing done - cards aren't mailed, trees aren't up, gifts aren't purchased and only some of the Christmas baking has been started. But Oh Well....What can I do? Take it one job at a time and hope to have it all done by the 20th ish...I can do it...I know I can!

This week's challenge at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers is to make a masculine card. I always find masculine looking cards the hardest to make and I end up making them look feminine or feel that they are missing something. I think this one makes the masculine grade though - hopefully??
This week' challenge at Shopping our Stash is to make a card using only mediums that aren't colouring - sprays, inks, smooshing, stencilling, ink blending etc. I used multiple techniques on my project. I ink blended the background and then embossed it. I sprayed some water on it to make splotches and then used stencils for the flowers. Play along with us, will you?
This week's challenge at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers is to use green or St. Patrick's day on your project. I went for the green and used as many kinds of green that I could on one card. I played with some interference ink to see what it would do on green paper and the result is super shiny. Play along with us, will you?

This is always a hard challenge for me as I like to make layers and frames on all of my cards and find it so difficult to consider a card "finished" without at least one border...but I followed all rules for this card. I am currently blasting out several get well cards from a Doodlebug paper pack and my goal is to use it all up in one shot. This is the first of many cards I will be making. I am not one for usually making Valentine's cards but I can't resist this mouse and how his hands can hold all kinds of images so I jumped in and did it. Play along with us, will you?
This week's challenge at Shopping our Stash is to use up your crafty remnants from your table top or work area. I recently cleaned up my desk top so there was no actual remnant for me to work with on my desk. I filed them all in their rightful homes of binders on my counter ready to use at a moment's notice for a project just like this one. I find it is a great system to store my many die cuts and stamped images so they are available at any time to make a card. Play along with us this week, won't you?
This week's challenge at Shopping our Stash is all about glitter. My card has such fine glitter on it that it is kind of hard to see but I promise you that it is there and sparkly in real life. There is glitter all over the helmet and in the background of the words plus sparkles in the space background and the bling. So hard to get it to show up in a picture though. This week's challenge at The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers is to use something you haven't used before. I had this package of wooden glasses sitting around my craft room for years and decided I had to find something to do with them, so I coloured on them, stamped on them and blinged them up. My goal this year is to use enough stuff up in my room that I end up with a free drawer by the end of the year (and if you have seen how much stuff doesn't fit in the drawers and cupboards right now you will know how big of a goal this really is).
